नई दिल्ली: अमरनाथ यात्रा (Amarnath Yatra 2020 Update) को COVID-19 महामारी के बीच रद्द कर दिया गया है। श्री अमरनाथ श्राइन बोर्ड (एसएएसबी), तीर्थयात्रा के बारे में निर्णय लेने वाली संस्था, मंगलवार को एक बैठक आयोजित करने और उसी पर अंतिम निर्णय लेने के लिए स्लेट किया गया था।
निर्णय ने आखिरकार वार्षिक तीर्थयात्रा को लेकर अटकलों पर विराम लगा दिया है। कुछ दिन पहले, सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने COVID-19 के मद्देनजर इस साल की अमरनाथ यात्रा को स्थगित करने के लिए केंद्र, जम्मू और कश्मीर प्रशासन और एसएएसबी को निर्देश देने की याचिका खारिज कर दी थी।
“हम कार्यकारी के क्षेत्र में प्रवेश नहीं कर सकते। हमें अलगाव के सिद्धांत का सम्मान करना होगा. शीर्ष अदालत ने मामले पर सुनवाई के दौरान कहा था, “हम कार्यकारी के क्षेत्र में प्रवेश नहीं कर सकते। हमें शक्तियों के पृथक्करण के सिद्धांत का सम्मान करना होगा।”
श्री अमरनाथ यात्रा 2020 के लिए आम जनता / भक्तों / तीर्थयात्रियों की पहुँच को सीमित करने के लिए उत्तरदाताओं को निर्देश देते हुए, निर्देश जारी करने के लिए, कोविद -19 महामारी के प्रकोप को देखते हुए या मुद्दा जारी इंटरनेट और टेलीविज़न के माध्यम से भगवान श्री अमरनाथ जी श्राइन के जीवंत दर्शन के लिए उत्तरदाताओं को निर्देश देते हुए, मंडमों की प्रकृति में लेखन / आदेश / निर्देश, ताकि देश भर में करोड़ों लोगों तक पहुंच हो सके, ” याचिका में कहा गया था।
Amarnath Yatra has been cancelled amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Shri Amarnath Shrine Board (SASB), the decision-making body regarding the pilgrimage, was slated to hold a meeting on Tuesday and take a final decision on the same.
The decision has finally put an end to the speculation surrounding the annual pilgrimage. Days ago, the Supreme Court had quashed a plea seeking direction to the Centre, Jammu and Kashmir administration and SASB to suspend this year’s Amarnath Yatra in view of COVID-19.
“We cannot enter the arena of the Executive. We have to respect the principle of separation of powers,” the apex court had said during the hearing on the matter.
“Issue a writ/order/direction in the nature of mandamus, directing the Respondents to restrict the access of the general public/devotees/pilgrims for the Shri Amarnath Yatra 2020, in view of the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic or Issue a writ/order/direction in the nature of mandamus, directing the Respondents to provide for live darshan of the Lord Shri Amarnath Ji Shrine by way of the internet and the television, so that there can be access to crores of people across the country,” the petition had said.
