संविदा जिला क्वालिटी मॉनिटर:
MP NHM (Quality Monitor) में शैक्षणिक योग्यता: डेंटल, आयुष में ग्रेजुएट, हॉस्पिटल मैनेजमेंट, हेल्थ केयर मैनेजमेंट/पब्लिक हेल्थ एडमिनिस्ट्रेशन डिग्री, वेतन की बात करें तो इसमें वेतन ₹40000 मासिक रहेगा, फॉर्म भरने की अंतिम तिथि (लास्ट डेट) 30 अगस्त 2022
प्रशिक्षक मेडिकल ऑफीसर (स्किल लैब):
MP NHM (Medical Officer) शैक्षणिक योग्यता- NHM मप्र में संविदा मेडिकल ऑफीसर के तौर पर दो साल OBGY/Pedia विभाग में काम करने का अनुभव।, वेतन ₹66000 मासिक। लास्ट डेट 25 जुलाई 2022 (जिलों के सीएमएओ इन अर्हताओं को पूरी करने वाले 3-3 संविदा मेडिकल ऑफीसर्स की लिस्ट 25 जुलाई तक एनएचएम को भेजेंगे।)।
डिप्टी डायरेक्टर (IT): शैक्षणिक योग्यता–
MP NHM (Deputy Director it) शैक्षणिक योग्यता- इलेक्ट्रॉनिक, कम्प्यूटर साइंस,इलेक्ट्रॉनिक एंड कम्युनिकेशन, इन्फाॅर्मेशन टेक्नोलॉजी में ग्रेजुएट, वेतन- प्रतिनियुक्ति में वर्तमान पद के अनुसार संविदा में रिटायर अधिकारी को अंतिम वेतन के आधार पर स्वीकृत पेंशन को कम करने के बाद बाकी राशि वेतन के रूप में मिलेगी। लास्ट डेट 10 अगस्त 2022.
संविदा अस्पताल अधीक्षक:
MP NHM (Hospital Superintendent) शैक्षणिक योग्यता- हॉस्पिटल एडमिनिस्ट्रेश्न में पीजी, डिप्लोमा धारी डॉक्टर आर्मी और अन्य केन्द्रीय विभागों के रिटायर अधिकारी जिन्हें अस्पताल प्रशासन का अनुभव हो, वेतन ₹125000 मासिक। लास्ट डेट 16 अगस्त 2022.

Contract District Quality Monitor: Educational Qualification- Dental, Graduate in AYUSH, Hospital Management, Health Care Management/Public Health Administration Degree, Salary ₹ 40000 Monthly. Last date 30 August 2022
Instructor Medical Officer (Skill Lab): Educational Qualification – Two years working experience in OBGY/Pedia Department as Contract Medical Officer in NHM MP. Salary ₹ 66000 Monthly. Last Date 25 July 2022
Deputy Director (IT): Educational Qualification- Graduate in Electronics, Computer Science, Electronic & Communication, Information Technology, Salary- Retired officer in contract as per the present post in deputation, after reducing the pension sanctioned on the basis of last pay. will be given as salary. Last date is 10 August 2022.
Contract Hospital Superintendent: Educational Qualification- PG in Hospital Administration, Doctor with Diploma in Army and retired officers of other Central Departments having experience of hospital administration, Salary ₹ 125000/- per month. Last date is 16 August 2022.
