नई दिल्ली: दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण (DDA) ने भारी संख्या में वेकेंसी निकाली है. सरकारी जॉब की चाहत रखने वालों के लिए यह सुनहरा अवसर है. यह सारी वेकेंसी सातवें वेतन आयोग के तहत निकाली गई हैं.
पदों का विवरण
विभाग ने डिप्टी डायरेक्टर (सिस्टम), डिप्टी डायरेक्टर (प्लानिंग), असिस्टेंट डायरेक्टर (प्लानिंग), असिस्टेंट डायरेक्टर (सिस्टम), असिस्टेंट अकाउंट्स ऑफिसर, प्लानिंग असिस्टेंट, एसओ हॉर्टिकल्चर, आर्किटेक्चरल असिस्टेंट, सर्वेयर, स्टेनोग्राफर ग्रेड डी, पटवारी, माली, जूनियर सेक्रेटेरिएट असिस्टेंट, लीगल असिस्टेंट, सीनियर लॉ ऑफिसर के पदों पर निकाली गई हैं.
कुल पदों की संख्या
दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण (DDA) ने कुल 629 पदों पर वेकेंसी जारी की है. विभाग ने डिप्टी डायरेक्टर के पद पर 2 वेकेंसी, असिस्टेंट अकाउंट्स ऑफिसर के पद पर 11 वेकेंसी, प्लानिंग असिस्टेंट के पद पर 1 वेकेंसी, एसओ (हॉर्टिकल्चर) के पद पर 48 वेकेंसी जारी की है.
शैक्षणिक योग्यता व आयु सीमा
विभाग ने अलग-अलग पदों पर शैक्षणिक योग्यता अलग-अलग मांगी है.
1. डिप्टी डायरेक्टर
इस वेकेंसी के लिए आपके पास कंप्यूटर साइंस/आईटी में पीएचडी या कंप्यूटर साइंस/आईटी में 60 फीसदी अंकों के साथ एमई/एमटेक की डिग्री होनी चाहिए. इसके साथ ही आपके पास तीन साल का अनुभव भी होना चाहिए. इस वेकेंसी के लिए अप्लाई करने वाले उम्मीदवार की अधिकतम आयु सीमा 40 वर्ष निर्धारित की गई है.
2. असिस्टेंट अकाउंट्स ऑफिसर
इस वेकेंसी के लिए आपके पास सीए/सीएस/आईसीडब्ल्यूए/मास्टर इन फाइनेंशियल कंट्रोल/एमबीए फाइनेंस की डिग्री होना जरूरी है. इस वेकेंसी में अप्लाई करने के लिए आपकी अधिकतम आयु सीमा 30 साल होनी चाहिए.
3. प्लानिंग असिस्टेंट
इस वेकेंसी के लिए आपके पास प्लानिंग/आर्किटेक्चर में बैचलर डिग्री होना जरूरी है. इसके साथ ही इस वेकेंसी पर आवेदन करने लिए अधिकतम आयु सीमा 30 साल तय की गई है.
4. एसओ (हॉर्टिकल्चर)
इस वेकेंसी के लिए आपके पास एग्रीकल्चर या हॉर्टिकल्चर या फॉरेस्ट्री में बैचलर डिग्री होना जरूरी है.
जरूरी तारीख
विभाग ने वेकेंसी के तहत आवेदन की प्रक्रिया 23 मार्च 2020 से शुरू कर दी है और आवेदन की अंतिम तारीख 25 अप्रैल 2020 है.
आवेदन शुल्क
आवेदन करने के लिए सामान्य व OBC वर्गों को 500 रुपये शुल्क देने होंगे. एससी, एसटी, महिलाएं, दिव्यांग वर्ग को कोई आवेदन फीस नहीं देनी है. फीस ऑनलाइन बैकिंग, डेबिट कार्ड, क्रेडिट से जमा करानी होगी. इसके अलावा एससी व एसटी वर्ग को आयु सीमा में पांच वर्ष और ओबीसी वर्ग को तीन वर्ष की छूट मिलेगी.
परीक्षा पैटर्न
इसके साथ ही इस वेकेंसी में कुछ पदों के लिए सिंगल स्टेज एग्जाम रखा गया है और कुछ के लिए डबल स्टेज एग्जाम.

Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is seeking a job opportunity for Stenographer, Mali, Patwari, Assistant Accounts Officer, Assistant Director, Planning Assistant and other posts. The direct link of online application is given below.
The authority had extended the online application date which was earlier scheduled from 23 March 2020 due to Corona pandemic. Willing candidates can now apply to the posts through the online mode. According to the official updates, the online application for Latest DDA Recruitment 2020 for Group A, B and Group C will be filled up from 1 April to 30 April 2020.
Candidates will have to make an online application payment of Rs. 500/- for submitting the application. There will be no fee for the candidates belonging to the reserved category. The online application window for submitting fee will be activated till 4 May 2020.
This year, the authority is going to recruit 629 vacancies in the various category including Group A, Group B and Group C for the post of Mali, Patwari, Assistant Accounts Officer, Assistant Director, Planning Assistant, Surveyor, Stenographer and Others.
The minimum qualification for these posts will be 12th to Graduate Pass. Candidates holding the requisite qualification are advised to keep a track on the official website for latest updates.

DDA Recruitment 2020 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Deputy Director (System) – Candidates holding PhD Degree in Computer Science &IT OR M.E/M.Tech. in Computer Science/ IT with First Class or minimum 60% marks in aggregate from Govt. recognized University and with 3 years relevant experience or B.E./ B.Tech./ M.Sc. Degree in Computer Science/ IT/ MCA with First Class or minimum 60% marks.
- Deputy Director (Planning) – Candidates holding Ph.D Degree in Computer Science &IT OR M.E/M.Tech. in Computer Science/ IT with First Class or minimum 60% marks in aggregate from Govt. recognized Institution/ University.
- Assistant Director (System) – Candidates holding Bachelor’s Degree in Planning/ Architecture/ Civil/ Municipal Engineering or Master Degree in Geography/ Sociology/ Economics from a recognized University; Postgraduation in Planning with specialization in any of the fields of Town/ City/ Urban/ Housing/ Transport/ Environmental Planning from a recognized University.
- Assistant Director (Planning) –Candidates with Bachelor’s Degree in Planning/ Architecture/ Civil/ Municipal Engineering or Master Degree in Geography/ Sociology/ Economics from a recognized University; Postgraduation in Planning with specialization in any of the field of Town/ City/ Urban/ Housing/ Transport/ Environmental Planning from a recognized University are eligible.
- Assistant Accountants Officer – Candidates with M. E/ M.Tech. in Computer Science/ IT with First Class or minimum 60% marks or B.E./ B. Tech./ M.Sc. in Computer Science/ IT/ MCA with First Class or minimum 60% marks can apply.
- Architectural Officer – Chartered Accountant (CA/ Company Secretary (CS)/ ICWA/Master in Financial Control/ MBA (Finance), or equivalent from a recognized University/institution.
- Planning Assistant – Bachelor’s Degree in Planning/ Architecture from a recognized University.
- Section Officer (Horticulture) – Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture or Horticulture or Forestry from a recognized University.
- Surveyor –Candidate must be Diploma or 2 years’ National Trade Certificate in Surveying from recognized Institute or equivalent.
- Stenographer Gr.- D – Candidates holding Senior Secondary Certificate (12th Class pass) or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board /University are eligible.
- Patwari – Candidate should be Graduate from any recognized University or equivalent
- Junior Secretariat Assistant – Candidate must be 12th passed from a recognized Board and having typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English and 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on Computer.
- Mali – Candidate must be 10th passed from a recognized Board.

- Assistant Director (System) – Not exceeding 35 years
