मुंबई , बॉलीवुड एक्ट्रेस भूमि पेडनेकर (Bhumi Pednekar) ने अपनी अपकमिंग फिल्म ‘दुर्गामती द मिथ’ (Durgamati the myth) का नया पोस्टर सामने आया है । इसके पहले इस फिल्म का नाम ‘दुर्गावती’ (Durgavati) था। मेकर्स ने फिल्म का नाम बदलकर ‘दुर्गामती’ (Durgamati) कर दिया है। यह फिल्म ओटीटी प्लेटफॉर्म (OTT Platforms) पर 11 दिसंबर, 2020 को रिलीज होगी। फिल्म के नए पोस्टर में भूमि (Bhumi Pednekar) रेड साड़ी में गुस्से में शीशे में देख रही हैं, जबकि उनकी बिंदी तिरछी है।
फिल्म के पोस्टर से यह प्रतीत होता है कि फिल्म की कहानी एक पुरानी हवेली पर आधारित है। फिल्म का पोस्टर शेयर करते हुए भूमि (Bhumi Pednekar) ने लिखा- ‘आ रही है दुर्गामती।’ इसके पहले भूमि ने अक्टूबर में एक पोस्टर शेयर किया था, जिसमें वह दरवाजे पर बैठी नजर आ रही थीं। भूमि ने पोस्टर के साथ कैप्शन लिखा था- दरवाजे के पीछे क्या है। आपको जल्द पता चलेगा। फिल्म 11 दिसंबर 2020 को वर्ल्डवाइड अमेजन प्राइम (Amazon Prime) पर रिलीज होगी।’
यह हिट तेलुगु फिल्म ‘भागमथी’ (Bhaagmathi) की रीमेक है। इसमें अनुष्का शेट्टी (Anushka Shetty) ने अहम भूमिका निभाई थी। फिल्म की कहानी एक महिला आईएएस अधिकारी के इर्द-गिर्द घूमती है, जिसे एक मरी हुई रानी के भूत का सामना करना पड़ता है। दुर्गामती (Durgamati) के प्रोड्यूसर भूषण कुमार और अक्षय कुमार हैं। भूमि के अलावा फिल्म में अरशद वारसी भी होंगे।
फरवरी में अरशद का फिल्म में वेलकम करते हुए भूमि ने लिखा था, “आपका स्वागत है अरशद वारसी सर, मैंने आपकी सालों से फैन रही हूं और आखिरकार आपके साथ काम करने का मौका मिलने पर उत्साहित हूं। फिल्म का हिस्सा बनने के लिए शुक्रिया।”

Durgamati
Durgamati is an upcoming Indian Hindi-language horror thriller film directed by G. Ashok, which is a remake of his own 2018 Tollywood (Telugu) film Bhaagamathie and starring Bhumi Pednekar as an IAS officer. The film is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Akshay Kumar and Vikram Malhotra under T-Series, Cape of Good Films and Abundantia Entertainment.[2]
The official announcement for the film was made on 30 November 2019.[3] First shot was taken on 23 January 2020 in Madhya Pradesh and filming begun there on 30 January.[4] Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the film will be available to stream worldwide from 11 December 2020 on Amazon Prime Video.[1]
Premise
Ishwar Prasad is a powerful and corrupt politician with the full support of the people. When Idols from 12 temples are stolen, CBI officer Nidhi Verma suspects Ishwar Prasad of the theft, and so, in order to expose him, recruits suspended IAS officer Chanchal Chauhan for the job. Chanchal goes to live in the ancient Durgamati mansion, and soon enough, the ghost of Durgamati takes over chanchal’s body and promises to swear revenge on everyone who have wronged her
