NEET 2021: Which topics are important for students in which subject? take a look before the exam

The syllabus of NEET exam is so much that it is not possible for every candidate to cover all the topics of all the three subjects. In such a situation, we are telling you about the important topics in the exam.

National Testing Agency (NTA) conducts NEET every year for admission to MBBS and BDS courses. NEET 2021 dates have not been announced yet. Although earlier the exam was proposed on August 1, which was postponed. It is being told that NEET exam can be held in September.

NEET 2021 exam pattern: Exam pattern

Biology – 90 questions, consists of 360 marks.
Physics- 45 questions of 180 marks
Chemistry- 45 questions of 180 marks

These topics are important in Biology

Biology (Biology) is divided into Botany (Botany) and Zoology (Zoology) for convenience. Biology alone carries 50% marks in NEET, so it is the most important subject for NEET.

Botany

21% questions are asked from Genetics and Evolution. In such a situation, there is a need to study dihybrid cross, linkage, codominance, genetic disorders, Darwinism and natural section.
Ecology and Environment have 19% weightage. In such a situation, there is a need to have in-depth knowledge on biodiversity, ecosystem, population growth factor and models and environmental issues.

Zoology

Most questions are asked from Human Physiology. In such a situation, you need to pay special attention to the digestive system, respiratory system, structure of human heart, transport of gases, brain structure.
19% questions are asked from Biology and Human Welfare. In such a situation, topics like AIDS, cancer, immunity, antibodies, allergies, drugs, alcohol abuse are very important.
Apart from this, special attention is also needed on animal nutrition, animal reproduction and development, animal respiration, animal tissues.

These topics are important in chemistry

There are mainly three sections in chemistry, inorganic, organic and physical. Equal questions are asked from all three. In such a situation, more numbers can be brought by paying attention to these topics.

Organic– Coordination Compound, D Block and F Block Element
Physical– Mole Concept and Ionic Equilibrium
